Inside Sales Representative

We’re seeking a detail-oriented Inside Sales Representative to join our growing U.S. team. This position plays a key role in connecting customers with the right solutions — from gas handling equipment to service and training — while providing exceptional support throughout the sales process. You’ll work closely with our regional managers, operations, and service teams to ensure every customer interaction reflects DILO’s commitment to quality and care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Primary Contact: Serve as the lead for inbound sales inquiries, quotes, and order processing.
  • Proposal Development: Create accurate proposals and product recommendations tailored to customer needs.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with field sales and technical teams to support projects and service requests.
  • CRM Management: Maintain precise records of leads, quotes, and opportunities within the database.
  • Sales Tracking: Proactively follow up on open quotes and renewals to ensure timely closures.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience in technical sales/industrial distribution.
  • Experience: 2+ years in inside sales or customer support (energy, manufacturing, or industrial sectors preferred).
  • Communication: Strong written and verbal skills.
  • Organization: High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Technical Tools: Proficiency with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).
  • Soft Skills: Team-oriented mindset and a genuine willingness to learn technical product details.
