H2-Service Cart | Hydrogen Vehicle Service & Purge System

The Ultimate H2 Service Hub. Automated Safety, Integrated Storage. When Hydrogen vehicle service becomes a core part of your shop’s workflow, you need a dedicated "Mission Control." The H2-Stationary Service Center takes the industry-leading automation of our mobile unit and scales it for permanent workshop bays.

This unit is designed for high-frequency use, featuring integrated storage for two full-sized gas cylinders and extended 20-meter exhaust lines to ensure hazardous gases are vented safely away from your technicians and equipment.

Functions:

• Automated Depressurization: Safely relieves H2 systems up to 60 bar (870 PSI).

• Full-Cycle Inertization: Automated Nitrogen ($N_2$) purging to eliminate combustible risks.

• Leak Detection Ready: Purges with forming gas for ultra-sensitive post-service validation.

• Dual-Cylinder Storage: Built-in rack designed to hold both your $N_2$ and Forming Gas cylinders securely on the chassis.

Technical: 

• Extended Reach: Includes two 16-foot (5m) wire-braided DN8 hoses for easy vehicle connection.
• Safety Venting: Includes a 65-foot (20m) exhaust hose to route gas to a suitable ventilation system or outside the workshop.
• Customizable Fittings: Connection points to the vehicle can be specified individually to match your fleet.
• Interface: 3.5" color touchscreen for "Set-and-Forget" automated service sequences.
• Power: 230V (50/60Hz) compatibility.  (120-V available upon request)
