The 30-Day Standard Return
We stand behind the quality of our equipment. Standard, off-the-shelf products are eligible for return within 30 days of the delivery date. To qualify, items must be in their original, uninstalled, and resalable condition with all original packaging intact. Please note: If a component has been bolted down, pressurized, or utilized in the field, it is no longer eligible for return.
Custom & Special Orders
Products manufactured to unique specifications, modified units, or special-order items procured specifically for a project are considered "Final Sale." These items are non-cancellable and non-returnable once the order is processed.
Restocking & Technical Recertification Fees
Because we deal with high-purity and high-pressure applications, every return must undergo a rigorous quality control process before returning to inventory. Standard returns are subject to a 15% to 30% fee to cover mandatory technical inspection, pressure testing, and precision recertification.

15% Base Fee: Applied to unopened, "pristine" factory-sealed packaging requiring standard verification.

30% Technical Fee: Applied to items that have been opened or handled, requiring full decontamination inspection and multi-point pressure testing to meet our High-Purity safety standards.

Our Commitment: If we ship the incorrect part or the item arrives damaged, we will own the mistake. In these cases, all fees are waived, and we will expedite a full refund or replacement.
Shipping, Labor, & Decontamination

Logistics: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and insurance for standard returns.

Field Costs: In-Gas Solutions provides high-performance hardware, but we are not liable for labor costs associated with the removal, decontamination, or re-installation of products during the return or warranty process.

Safety Requirement: All used components must be accompanied by a decontamination statement certifying the equipment is clear of hazardous residues.
How to Initiate a Return
To ensure your return is tracked and processed efficiently, do not ship items back without prior approval. Contact our team at sales@in-gas.com to request a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number and specific shipping instructions.
